What does the warranty cover?
Instructional videos (??) of the items will be sent to you before we ship the props out as a quality guarantee. We also offer a 1 year warranty for all technological components that go with the prop.
What about the aftersales support?
Once you have installed our props, which are mostly plug and play, we will be in touch via video call. To ensure you have a stress-free experience with our props, we are contactable 10 hours a day, Monday to Friday to help troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Can you help me to set up the prop?
Our props are built to be set up easily. All you need to do is to place the prop according to the plan given in the desired location in the room. For props with technological components, it is as easy as plugging the power supply into the socket and turning on the switch! However, if you wish to have our product specialist visit your shop to assist in the installation, we do provide such a service at an additional cost. Please contact us should you require assistance.

We will include a few spares in your order as a backup. Should you require more, please place an order with us and they will be shipped to you as soon as possible.
How much does it cost to customise?
It depends on your request. Some customisations require more time to craft the props. If you have an idea in mind regarding the desired customisation, we encourage you to contact us prior to making an order to get a quotation and an estimate on the delivery time. We will try our best to work around your budget!
